Outer Banks Board of Realtors June Statistics

                 Distressed Sales are down YTD from last year. 






  June Residential sales are up YTD, Prices are up in some town ships including Hatteras Island, Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Colington, and Kitty Hawk.
